5. Update on the Proposal to Relocate Redditch Library

• Counclllor Emma Marshall - Non Pecuniary - Emma is a member of Redditch Borough Council, and the library was located within her division. She wanted to make it clear that she was attending the meeting today in her County Councillor role and was therefore considering the Worcestershire wide perspective.
