• Councillor Helen Jones - Other disclosable interest - Councillor Jones declared an interest in Item 8 – the Joint HMICFRS & Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons (HMIP) Inspection Report: An unannounced inspection visit to police custody suites in West Mercia Police as she was Independent Custody Visitor for West Mercia. Cllr Jones withdrew from the meeting for the duration of the discussion.
