To authorise the procedure for confirming and signing the Minutes of this meeting.  It is recommended that the Minutes be circulated to Members of the Panel and be signed by the Chairman in light of any comments on their accuracy received within 7 days of their circulation.

RESOLVED: that the Panel unanimously determined

1)    To accept the recommendation of the Chief Executive to progress the applications made under the Voluntary Redundancy Scheme by;

a)    Strategic Director, Commercial and Change

b)   Assistant Director, Information Technology and Digital

2)    Noted the last day of employment for Assistant Director, Information Technology and Digital, will be 12 April 2024

3)    Noted the last day of employment for Strategic Director, Commercial and Change, will be 30 June 2024, but that this may be brought forward by the Chief Executive, if in the interests of the Council to do so, in line with the Voluntary Redundancy Scheme.
