Assistant Director for Integration and Service Development - People Directorate Additional documents:
Minutes: On
17 December 2020 the Panel approved the creation of three new
Assistant Director posts: People Commissioning, Adult Social Care
and Integration and Service Development, together with the job
descriptions and person specifications for these posts. The Panel also authorised the Strategic Director
for People in consultation with the Cabinet Member with
Responsibility for Adult Social Care to proceed with the
recruitment process for the permanent recruitment to these
posts The
recruitment had been paused due to the demand on the People
Directorate to respond to the Coronavirus pandemic and also, for
this post in particular, for emerging clarity required about the
formation of the Integrated Care System. The clarity on the Integrated Care System had now been received and recruitment to the post of Assistant Director for Integration and Service Development commenced in October 2021. Following wide advertisement shortlisting had been undertaken and the Panel conducted an interview with the shortlisted candidate.
RESOLVED: that
(a)
the post of Assistant Director for Integration
and Service Development be offered to Faye Pemberton-Crow, subject
to formal written offer; and (b) the Strategic Director for People be authorised, in consultation with the Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Adult Social Care, to settle the detailed terms of the contract.
