Summary of the proceedings during which the press and public were excluded (this is a fair summary of the proceedings)

At its meeting 27 September 2019, an Appointments Etc Panel agreed the recruitment process for senior management roles as part of the Organisational Re-Design.  In accordance with the process agreed by Panel, all applications were reviewed, and a shortlist had been prepared for interview.

The Panel interviewed the candidates and following completion of the interviews it was

RESOLVED

a)    That the post of Assistant Director for Legal & Governance including the statutory post of Monitoring Officer is offered to Abraham Ezekiel, subject to formal written offer, and

b)   That the Strategic Director for Commercial and Change, in consultation with the Cabinet Member with Responsibility, be authorised to settle the detailed terms of the contract.
